Every order ships with tracking.

Processing time
Orders are prepared in 5–8 business days. During the holiday season, allow up to 2 extra business days.
Delivery time
We ship within the United States. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Orders over $100 ship free.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email hello@lumepaws.com with your order number and we’ll help.
